With the existing paint finish coming up and the concrete underneath dusting, the access corridors required a perfect finish to avoid damage to the sensitive electrical equipment in the adjoining rooms. A Resin Flow was installed to provide a hard wearing easily maintained finish.

When the new motor vehicle and machine shop was constructed, main contractor Warings requested Surtech to provide a suitable floor to meet the criteria of hard wearing, slip resistance and easily maintained. Altroscreed Quartz was specified throughout with cove skirtings and walkways in a contrasting colour.
